Puppy Jr High Modified for SUMMER!!!!!! Two sessions at Dog Days Capital and the 3rd session at Crosby Farm to practice IRL. Skills Learned: Off (don't jump), Self calming/impulse control, leash skills, "Come" when called and social learning through off leash play. (We won't go off leash at Crosby Farm) Social skills includes how to identify good play and advocate for your dog at the dog park. This short course accommodates busy schedules, limited capacity and still delivers on fun, bonding, and learning! Canine adolescence can be behaviorally the most difficult time for your dog. And their exercise and boundary needs are substantial. In this fun off leash class we learn through play! This class is designed for social dogs who want to mix playtime with learning. We learn communication and obedience skills, release to play and practice what we learned and regroup to learn our next skill. Then release to play and practice. If your dog is close but not quite ready to socialize with the group contact us to determine if this class is a good fit. We will learn or improve basic obedience commands while building social skills and learning to set boundaries and meet your dogs needs in a way that makes sense to your dog. These skills will serve your dog for a lifetime and we'll have fun and make friends in the process!
